Good

They don’t have restaurants in the hotel. The one there is closing early around 8:00pm. They don’t have staff to help you with the luggage. The rooms are so small fit for one person only. The location of the hotel isn’t in Gangnam.

Great location, nice rooms. My all time fav.

I always stay at Coex Gangnam when I travel to Seoul for work. It's just right by the COEX so I could walk to the show floor in a few minutes. The room was modern and clean.

I stayed for 5 nights and it seems that the cleaning wasn't done thoroughly in the last few days. I found hair in the shower area and the toilet wasn't cleaned on of the days. They could be too busy because of the trade show. I hope this could be improved next time.

Will likely stay here again

I like the central location and the modern feel of the hotel. I also appreciate the coffee kiosk at the lobby that opens early in the morning (because sometimes I just want to grab coffee or a light snack in my sweats without the hassle of dressing up to go out).

The frequency of the nearest airport shuttle station (bus 6006) in front of Shilla Stay is every hour, so if you're late, you're in trouble. Your next option is to take a cab (if you have lots of lugage like me) to the COEX city air terminal where the airport shuttle depart at a more regular intervals - but due to traffic jam in that area, it'll take longer than expected even though it's just a short distance.

No better location for staying in Gangnam than in the GLAD. The hotel is literally on top of the subway station and a short walk away from the COEX and adjacent malls.

Rooms are a bit small. The business center is more like a lobby than a real business center where you can have meetings with business visitors.
